Q: How can I reset my forgotten password?

 A: If you have forgotten your password, simply visit the Login page and click on the "Forgot password" link. Follow the instructions in the email we send you to reset your password.

Q: Will my personal information remain confidential? 

A: Absolutely! We prioritise the privacy and security of your personal information. Rest assured that in compliance with the latest data protection regulations, we keep your information strictly confidential and secure.

Q: Is it possible to pay in a currency other than US Dollars?

A: Yes, you can use our country selector to choose your desired currency.

Q: How do I use discount code?

A: You can apply discount code when checking out. Just enter the code in the Discount field.

Q: Can I change my order details (name, address, email)?

A: You can only make changes before processing starts. After your order has been processed, we're unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Always be sure to double-check your information before placing an order.

Q: What are the accepted payment methods?

 A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All payment information entered on our site is confidential and secure.

When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you'll be redirected to PayPal's site to complete your order. You can check the status of your payment by logging in to your PayPal account.

We don't offer cash on delivery (COD).

Q: Can I request a return for my purchased items? 

A: Certainly! We offer a 30-day guarantee for returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your items or if you have received faulty goods, please contact our customer support team via email. They will guide you through the return process.

Q: Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?

 A: Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and reflected accurately.

Q: Can I make any changes to my order?

 A: If you need to make modifications or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, we may be unable to accommodate any changes. Reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Q: How soon will my order be shipped after payment? 

A: We take about 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination. In the table below you can see the production and shipping estimates per country/region.
